About Us
Conexus was founded in 2023 as a new expression of a long-standing industrial experience in the electricity sector. Born out of Six Energy S.p.A., a reference company in the construction and maintenance of electricity networks, Conexus inherits a wealth of technical skills, operational experience and solid corporate values, enabling it to position itself from the outset among the leading Italian players in the critical infrastructure sector.
As Italy and Europe invest heavily into the energy transition, the company has an important role to play. Today, more than ever, electricity is the engine of national competitiveness: it powers industries, links territories, enables technological innovation and guarantees the quality of life in our cities. Our mission is to accompany this transformation with advanced services, strategic vision and a strong sense of social responsibility.
A valuable industrial legacy
Our journey begins long before 2023. Conexus takes shape from a decade of experience: that of Sirti Energia, founded in 2017 with the acquisition of Foi & Vitali Elettrodotti, a historic Italian company involved in the construction of electricity infrastructure. In 2022, the company was acquired by the Mutares Group, marking a new course based on innovation, operational efficiency and the expansion of its activities throughout the country. The birth of Conexus is thus a natural evolution, a new identity built on solid foundations and a clear desire to be a protagonist of change.
Numbers of steady growth
Conexus is now a rapidly growing company with over 320 skilled employees, a fleet of over 400 vehicles, 10 locations across Italy and a turnover of over 100 million euros by 2024. Yet, numbers only tell part of our identity. What really sets us apart is our integrated approach to electricity network management, which combines technical expertise, engineering skills and attention to environmental and social sustainability.
